A nice array of small guitars machined from 6061 aluminum Gene Giarratano and I made a bunch of these and had them anodized.
8mm to 12mm Acetal adapters. I made 175 of these total. The O-rings from "Mr. O-Ring" were high quality and very consistent. Dimensional consistency is important with a tight tolerance part like this. You can find the "Mr O-ring shop on Amazon.com.
Our newest Widgets. On the left, a stainless steel skep and on the right is a column for a redesigned "Elmer's Tiny" engine form the book "Elmer's Engines". Many have remarked that it looks like a chess piece. There is more machining to be done to it tho
These are prototypes for some articulation joints used for stop-motion animation. The finished joints will be thinner and the fasteners will be flush.
This is one of the machining stages for some bottle openers. These were made with (and for) some students at MCC-BTC.
